New File — License Agreement

This agreement is between you and SMLTLS ("we") for the New File application for macOS ("the app").

License. The app is licensed, not sold. Until New File goes on sale, you may use the current version free of charge to try it out, on the Macs you own or control. That permission ends when the first paid version is released; from then on, using New File needs a license key, after a 30-day trial.

What you may not do. Redistribute the app or pass it off as your own. Copies for your own backup are fine.

Updates. We may change or stop developing the app at any time.

No warranty. The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for data loss or other damage arising from the use of the app, beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.

Termination. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
